Processing
- All wigs, bundles, frontals and closures are based on a pre-order system. This means that we do not carry this inventory on hand at the moment. All pre-orders take 5 business days to process - business days do not include weekends.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with shipping information.
- Review your order and ensure shipping information is correct before checkout. Once an order is placed, changes cannot be made.
- Domestic Shipping (Canada-wide): 7 business days, unless expedited.
- International Shipping (World-wide including USA): Up to 14 business days, unless expedited.

- Tracking numbers are sent out within 7 business days - please check junk/spam mail as well. Allow 24-48hrs for tracking information to update.
- Orders of $300 or more will need to be signed for. Failure to sign for your delivery will result in your package being sent back to your local post office for collection. If an order is returned, a refund will be processed (excluding shipping fees) and you will be asked to re-submit your order.
- Nefertiti Heir Collection is not responsible for any carrier or custom fees once an order has been shipped.
- All orders are subject to fraud risk analysis.
We use Canada Post, DHL, Fedex and UPS to ship our parcels depending on where you are located in the world. We do not ship to P.O boxes and/or Military bases. Please note that once packages are received by any of the shipping carriers, we are no longer responsible for delivery of the parcel.
Should an item get lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier provided in your confirmation email. Feel free to reach out to us at info@nheircollection.com and we will work together with you to do our best and retrieve your items.
Pick Up Option- Processing time for all orders remain the same for all delivery options. Once your order is ready, an email and text confirmation will be sent out with a pick up location and a time window.
- A piece of ID, order number and a signature will be required in order to release your package. If a 3rd party is picking up on your behalf, a waiver will be sent out to you via email which will require the name of the person picking up your order. It is your responsibility to let the 3rd party know that a piece of ID will be required or else package will not be released. The 3rd party will also need the order number for pick up and to sign our waiver in order for your package to be released.
